The Sauvignon Blanc variety produces in Dealu Mare dry or half-dry fine and well balanced wines which preserve the flavour of the grapes, with an alcohol degree ranging from 11% to 12.5%. The dry wines are characterized by a great finesse, due to its pleasant, discreet and suave flavour, recalling wild flowers and vine pollen.

Tasting Notes

"Black cherry and currant aromas are accented with subtle cedar notes. The mouthfilling flavours are a melange of black cherry and blackberry, bolstered by vanilla and spice complexity. Soft tannins add to this wine's rich texture, which remains smooth and silky through the lingering finish."

Packaging

The whole package is made having in mind that the Black Peak range is a top quality one from all points of view. The bottles are bordelesa elite shaped, green-antique coloured and imported from Italy. The capsules are velvety black coloured, printed with the gold Vinterra logo. The corks are natural, twin-line, 24x44 mm, imported fromGermany. The carton case is for 12 or 6 bottles (according to the client's demand), made of firm white safety carton.
